A team of Belgian explorers managed to get permission to enter the
villa Kerillon.
This villa was one of the three houses that were used
by Admiral Dönitz' staff.
The Admiral himself used this "Chateau des Sardines".
This name has its origin
by the fact that the fishingboat owners in Bretagne had the villas built at the end of the
nineteenth
century. They made much money on the sardines trade.
We thank Pascal Matthieu for his permission to show the pictures of his trip.
