North of Berck-Plage at the naturists beach. This massive site was manned by 6./HKAR 1245.
The battery was armed with 3 x 17cm K18 in open emplacements with ammunition niches. All the bunkers came sliding off the dunes which is a impressive sight.
There are literally loads of Vf bunkers scattered around the site. In the dunes behind the battery are several 630 machine gun casemates.
On the beach one can find the very rare 127 for personnel 'am Steilhang'. Further more there's a 105b and a 611. The 636 Leitstand was demolished after te war.
Also take a look at the impressive ruins of an old sanatorium.
