The 420P9 was designed for the Festungs Flammenwerfer. This flamethrower had a
range of 60 meters and used 27 liters of fuel per minute.
A total of 2500 liters of fuel was stored beneath the weapon in storage tanks.
It was incorporated in all B-Werken and Panzerwerken in the Ostwall.
The 457P01 housed an even bigger version of the flamethrower but it seems this
weapon was never used.
Probably because of the enormous fuel usage the Festungs Flammenwerfer wasn't
introduced in the Atlantikwall. A highly interesting weapon. If you have more
