Clis area

The road number D99 runs through the village of Clis. At the south side of the road remains an bunker for observation of which the cupola has been removed. The bunker has an additional room for close combat and is equal to the specimen we found here at Trescalan (Kerhuel). They also appear in the Lorient region. Additional study has learned that these bunkers are bunkertype 637a. On the other side of the road, on some higher grounds, at a place called Moulin la Motte, more bunkers can be found.
