Soy

Strongpoint Lo 051 is at Soy which can be found along the D 162 just east of Ploumeur. Highpoint 36 on the map, is the center of the complex. The entrances to the tunnels are west and south-west. The 677 lies north and the 501s are along the Rue des Rives du Ter in Soy. The strongpoint was part of the inland defences of Lorient and the tunnels were used by 12./Festa XXV for storage. The tunnelcomplex is vast, some parts are damaged, so as always, be careful. We also bring here the 667 from Lo 052, which is at St-Maude Chapelle north of Soy.
