The poster on the wall says it is a bunker for communication. However several archives have photos of the inside from the early years. One of them shows the remains of a telephone exchange, but this bunker has many, many rooms situated along a big corridor. We think it was a command post, of course with an exchange.

Gefechtsstand. In front of the villa lies a St bunker burried, this could be the noted bunker for transmission.

We visited the bunker in 2007. It's opened on heritage days (Journées du Patrimoine).
