Area Polygone
From Port Louis to the south lies a vast area with long beaches and low dunes. It was, or still is, a firing range for the French military. We call this whole area "Polygone", according to the designation on the IGN-map. The directions to the bunkers are kept short, but all the locations can be found easily by following the roadsigns to the parkingplaces with the same names as the sites. Behind the dunes we found a sort of secundary defence line with 612, 680 and 667. This chapter also covers the Riantec area.
