Stützpunkt Turośl

Stützpunkt Turośl is quite large and stretches from Podgórne along the Pisa river to Adamusy, Trzcińskie, along the town of Turośl to Góra Dyliki. The Turośl canal goes through the Stütpunkt in northwestern direction. This Stützpunkt lies on higher grounds surrounded by swampy fields. The bridges over the Pisa river and Turośl canal were of strategic importance. An infantery defence line of a dozen Gruppenunterstände, a small MG post, two garages and several heavy bunkers were built. Very interesting are the two 514s. One of them has the 1P7 Eingangsüberdeckung, one of two known to exist of this huge armoured part.
